Multi-Family Investing, Springfield, MO

This may not be the right place for this...

I’m located in Kansas City, MO. but I want to look into investing in Springfield, MO. (which about 2 hours south of me). I’m somewhat familiar with the Springfield market, but I don’t have any contacts there. I have identified several multi-family properties that I’d like to do some analysis on and I’m looking to find some trust worthy people to work with as I evaluate my investment opportunities in the area.

With that said, I’m looking for contacts for lending, contracting and other people knowledgeable with the area to work with. Any suggestions or thoughts?
