Finding Contractors in the Seattle Area

Hello everyone, I am just starting out in the Seattle area. I have relatives that is moving out of a house that is located in the South Seattle area. The house is build in the 1980's so it contains carpet flooring, popcorn ceiling, worn out paint and such. I would like to know if anyone in the Seattle area or nearby that could recommend me some contractors that could help me remodel/renovate the house for rental. I also have other relatives in Auburn, WA that will be moving out in near future, so referrals are much appreciated. Thank you!
