Structural Concerns - What is your opinion? (images)
I am considering a flip opportunity and have some concerns about the structural integrity of this 1910 brick structure. Here are some images of the problem areas - what do you guys think? Just looking for quick opinions, I will have an engineer take a look if I choose to move forward.
