I'm looking for contractors in the Melbourne, FL area. I've heard a lot of investors bring along their contractor to help them understand the total price for fixing up a BRRRR property and I'm looking for someone with experience. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

I dont bring the contractor in until I have a property under contract. I have a good idea of what it will cost. He confirms that. The inspection will also be very important.
