Contractor (Southern California)
Hello my Los Angeles/Orange County Real Estate investors. My name is Derrick Flores and I’m in the process of receiving my contractors license by January 2021, hopefully sooner. I have about 8+ years of construction management experience in both commercial and residential construction. I have also been looking to invest in “Buy and Hold” properties in the Dallas Fort Worth market, hopefully have my first deal by the end of the year. I believe my experience as a contractor and newbie investor will bring investors value since I understand both sides of the industry.
