LF General Contrator recommendations in or near Dothan, AL
Hello! My family just inherited a 3b/2bth in Dothan, AL. My mother is there now cleaning it out. It needs a lot of cosmetic work to sell retail. I’m trying to link up with a GC to walk the property with my mother and give her a quote. She is considering selling as is which I think is a mistake. But we are open to offers as well. Comps in the area range from 140k-195k. Will rent for 1000-1100.
