I am a rookie real-estate investor in Bel Air, MD who is looking to gather a team together. My goal is to purchase BRRRR type properties. I've already purchased one turnkey buy and hold property, but want to begin scaling faster. My preferred hard-money lender has been identified, but I am looking to find an honest and fair General Contractor to build a positive, professional relationship with.
