West Philly Contractor Needed
Hi all! I’m in the process of purchasing a duplex in West Philly and looking to do some renovations with a 203k loan and build up some equity. The home as the potential of being converted into a three family home and I believe it is zoned RM-1. The two apartments needed a little bit of fixing up as well (paint, renovated kitchen). If anyone can recommend a reliable contractor (I want a contractor to start right away once the closing is done so the apartments can be up for rent by August), I’d appreciate any recommendations!!!
