Looking for contractors in the Baltimore area
Hey BiggerPockets community. I’m a newbie investor and have been working with a mentor for the past year. I’m ready to start buying properties and rehabbing them for brrrr’s. I’m looking for reputable contractors that does work in Baltimore city. I’ve been looking at auction properties and ready to start placing bids but need a contractor to give accurate scope of work estimates. Is there anyone here that works in Baltimore?
