Obtaining a commercial license for flipping houses.

Hello everyone.

I Need you expertise and guidance....

So I would like to start flipping homes and some of them become potential rental homes.

Now I was told in order to do so i should obtain a commercial License. Is this true? Can anyone Kindly Point me to the right direction. And what requirements I need to make this happen.
