First Property - Seeking Flooring and Painting Recommendations

Greetings BPers,

I am under contact for my first property (3 bedroom townhome) located in Upper Darby, PA, closing on Sept. 17. Before it’s rental ready, I’ll need to replace the old carpet (I’m thinking with vinyl sheeting downstairs and carpet upstairs) and paint the walls (including a few walls with rather dated wood paneling). I’m hoping to identify trustworthy, reasonably priced painters/installers prior to closing so I can hit the ground running asap.

Does anyone in the Philly/Upper Darby area have any recommendations?
