Hand or computer design map for airbnb

I am in contract for a house and have 1 Airbnb already where I want to add hand drawn maps of the house so they know the map on how they house is set up. Agents use that when selling the house.

I also want one map creating the location of the house and where all things they Can do relatively to the house. Within a few miles radios.

What is that job call? Where can I find thst ? What’s the pricing ?
