NEEDED: First-time Homeowner with ADU for INTERVIEW

WHAT: National Print Story about first time homeowners who have successfully purchased a duplex, triplex or home with ADU and live in portion and rent or Airbnb a portion (ie House Hack). We're looking for recent stories so 2019 or after and tenants should already be in place.
