I was able to use it recently on my pc but now it wont work. is there a setting on my browser preventing this?

@Joshua Dorkin the feature works fine on my Droid after a software upgrade and on the iPad at home. Looks like the problem on the work PC was an old version of internet explorer. Thanks so much for the assistance.
