    I learn so much from them all. Tons of knowledge. Man, I wish I had a BP when I stated. 

    What list can I be on since I just reached 1000 posts in almost a decade? Got a thousand more for this one. LOL

     thank you for biggerpockets, it changes our family life, i though before company that i work for would have more impact but real estate advice from biggerpocket is the key driver lol lol

    Jay, you were just under 2000. BUT, as JD hinted at you still have 10,000+ more posts than any other user all time!!馃憦

    Maybe we do a separate "2024 Jay in Review" for next year lol馃

     So thankful for this forum. I remember my first post 2 years ago asking for guidance and being completely green. Many of y'all reached out to me to help. I am still learning, and giving back in any way I can.
