CEO Announcement - Plans for 2026
Hi Everyone – It's an honor to serve this community as CEO. There are so many great leaders and voices in this community, I'm humbled by the opportunity. Over the past 15 years while working a W2 job, I have house hacked, flipped, BRRR'd, property managed, hard money lent, participated in syndications, and owned home services small businesses. I have embodied the practices and teachings of BiggerPockets to created long term financial stability for my family and friends.
Now I am excited to give back to this community and help everyday people achieve financial freedom through real estate. We are building a leadership team that exemplifies the purpose and culture this community was founded on. We are also incorporating your feedback on how to bring value to our members and give people the digital and IRL experience they want. Within the last 4 weeks, I have met with over 50 members and creators taking feedback and adapting the future vision to reflect their input.
Here is what to expect in the next year (and hopefully sooner):
- Upgrading Forums & Blog to an Interactive Community Platform to help members connect digitally and in real life. We have heard your feedback on the recent site changes.
- Expanding Pro-Perks to bigger and better discounts for all the tech and services needed to acquire and operate in real estate
- New content, leaning into our members who are real estate agents and brokers while attracting new audiences to real estate
- Off-Market deal platform designed for Mom & Pop Investors to get first look
I look forward to continually connecting with the members and partners of this community while building out BP 2.0. I also look forward to meeting everyone in person at BPCON 2026!
