How good is the Pro forum?

Question

Hi everybody,  I am wondering, how good is the Bigger Pockets Pro forum?   I have looked at the service matrix and it seems that the Pro Forum is only available to Pro members -- so….  is the experience worth the price, and why is it worth the price to you?

I like forums.  I like reading what the more experienced members have to say.  But I am new to real estate and not even investing yet.

I understand that I could try it and cancel, but I was hoping that Pro members could give some good descriptions and examples of what's going on over in the Pro forums.  Thanks!!

@Tony Cavalli - Those posts aren't indexed by the search engines, so the only way to find them is through our search (if you're a PRO) or directly on the forum (accessible only by PROs).

Hey @Karen M. - I can't tell you how good it is, but what I can tell you is that it is a good place to have interactions with other members in a place where you don't have to worry about non-members reading your posts. We have many people join the site who are afraid that their tenants, friends, or family may see their posts.  The PRO forum gives them the chance to post without worry that everyone can see what they have to ask/say.

@Karen M.  one of the big benefits is if you are actually buying or selling real estate.  You can post properties for sale, buy properties etc.  It is a good gauge for the property values in certain parts of the country based upon pricing etc.
