What does voting on a post mean?
Hello again, since joining and putting up a couple posts I have received notifications that someone has voted on my post. It says congratulations to me. What does that mean? Is it similar to getting a "like" in Facebook? Sorry, newbie question here. :)

If you post something that help someone, they vote for you. I don't get many votes, and I wonder why.
