Welcome to BP! There is a thread for HML's, but very few listings. Here you go.

 Hard Money Lenders  you might also go to a site called Scotsmanguide Lenders

they have an easy to use matrix that shows the various types of property, loans they do, etc. Then there is also the Association of Private Money Lenders Private Lenders
