Rehab Analyzer on here keeps saying it cant analyze --- HELP please
Can anyone tell me why I keep getting the error on the rehab analyzer that it cant analyze.
It is as if I have incomplete data and it keeps showing me the lender interest rate in red. And the real estate agent fee. I keep putting in 13% ( ouch hard money) and real estate agen 3% ( I am one--- so its buyer agent only)
I have tried 13, 13.0 and 13% and the same for the real estate agent fees. This is so frustrating. It keeps kicking me back to the same spot!
