Is the J Scott book not on Amazon?
I'm taking a road trip today, finally down time to read!!! I was able to buy @Brandon Turner's book on Investing... but couldn't find J Scott's book. (Using a Kindle Fire - I looked in Prime & regular Amazon.

The book on estimating costs is great. I have had a lot of experience in home repairs and even built my aunt's house with my granddad's mentoring in high school, but @J Scott's book really helped me get a good process down for estimating and tracking what I need to do on a rehab. I don't flip, but the techniques are the same on a buy and hold property that needs work.
