Perfect timing. Just signed papers for a triplex yesterday. Currently reading your book and everything in the forum on getting a renter and screening tenants. Hope to have a iron clad lease agreement by the time we close and get 'em rented!
Oh - actually just reread the description and now I am a little nervous to listen in. Hopefully I will be encouraged by my due diligence and not have an anxiety attack from something I missed.
