Problem with Properties section?

Why is it that whenever I search 'Florida' in the properties section, it pulls up about 21 properties and the first page is all FL properties but I try to go to page 2 (it shows 3 pages) and it pulls up ALL properties and not just limited to FL ones? I've tried multiple times over the course of a few days. Is this a glitch?
