Pro Membership Real World Benefits ?

Question

Hi Everyone,

I'm considering upgrading to a PRO membership and I wanted to know for those of you who were not PRO for a while, and then upgraded, how do you feel it has helped you?  Meaning, has it had real world effects on your deals, investing, etc?

Definitely worth the money, just upgraded myself to have access to the calculators and that alone makes the money worth it. Another advantage is that the pro account fees are tax write-offs at the end of the year through your LLC or other business entity... So in reality, this is a cost effective tool also. Highly recommend it if you are serious about networking, getting alerts for things and if you are serious about actually doing real estate deals.

@Brandon Turner: Maybe you can put a link to that video i was referring to. I cannot find it.

P.S.- Watch the BP webinars, they always give discounts for BP Pro on there plus tons of bonus material. In fact, i would said for the small amount of money you pay, its worth it with the bonus material alone.

If you are serious about networking on BP, it'll definitely show people you are more serious. When i was searching for partners/mentors, i wouldn't get the time of day from most people, now people are asking for my time offering me lunch and coffee. Its definitely worth every penny.

@Paloma R. I was hesitant even to upgrade to Plus, but did so last month to list a wholesale deal on the marketplace. Got a full price offer within 48 hours, pocketing me $9,500 american cash dollars on the deal from a buyer i linked up with on BP.  Pro here i come!

@Paloma R. glad to hear it! I also recently upgraded. Like other have stated, my main motive was for the unlimited access to the calculators.  I have my own spreadsheets, but the calculators lay it out better and the PDF print outs that you can download and share are really well done. Investor clients love them and it is a tool that truly helps to set me apart from the competition. It has been well worth the fee for me.
