Blogs can anyone write them and BP will publish them?

Anyone know how you get to write a blog and then BP puts it on the website.

a blog is just a short article correct.. about some subject ( real estate related for BP).

Do you have to qualify to write a blog on BP.. do you submit them for approval.

do they give you subjects to write about or just wing it...

thanks in advance for anyone who has done this.  I myself never have but I was thinking maybe I could do a few on some of the more obscure things I have done RE related that are really never talked about on BP and could be of interest for those that want to go deeper into some of the non traditional RE type of investments.  IE rental hosues and flipping which is pretty well covered here.

@Lisa Kohl  REally  anyone can write one.. with no oversight from management.. Hm.. that seems odd ... but I guess its caveat Emptor for the reader then... I will check it out thanks for at least answering.
