How do I reply to a post

Question

I can't seem to figure out how to reply to a post. I've tried everything I can find on posting but I'm not able to figure this out. 
Also I put a posting in the build your buyers but it doesn't seem to have posted either.

I think you are in the wrong spot. I see this is your first post, and deserves an answer, but you would need to start a new thread in the appropriate forum. This thread is 14 years old. Probably a moderator will come along and help you out.

My next question; 
I started a new post and it ended up in the wrong location. How can I remove it. It is not supposed to be where it is and you are going to flag it.

Paul - You're replying to posts here without a problem.   Perhaps you're trying to post in a forum that has restrictions for posting like the Bulk REO forum?
