Does anyone else have the Bigger Pockets app crash often?

Question

Does anyone else have a problem using the bigger pockets app?  Whenever I'm reading forum posts I can only stay on for a few minutes before it closes on me and says "unfortunately bigger pockets has stopped working."  This happens quite frequently.

@Joel Owens Yeah, I'm a little reluctant to get rid of my phone, even though it's considered "old."  It was too expensive when I bought it!

How would I tell whether I'm in standard web mode or mobile mode?  Is that only for the website or the app too?  I've never tried going to the website on my phone, only the app.

I used to have Samsung Galaxy S3 up until a few months ago. I bought it around October of 2012 when it first came out.

I did not have an issue with Bigger Pockets on the device. Are you viewing in standard web mode or mobile mode? I found sometimes the mobile website versions wouldn't work correctly on some sites with older phones.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge now that uses the Marshmellow platform.

I found on airplanes also when flying the Samsung S3 didn't want to connect to their on board wifi correctly. I have been told some of the older phones are not technologically compatible with some of the new platforms and services.

Sorry to hear about that. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Can you also please tell us your device and the OS version you have? This will help our developers optimize the app
