Business Plan Suggestion
Hey BP community!
I have a suggestion for the site...not sure where it will end up being on the site or if its been mentioned before but we should have a business plan creator. Only if its feasible that way people can type up their business plan and have it on the site for reference. I hope this could be helpful to others.

I never had a plan. I just bought a forclosed house in 2002, on a whim. Fixed it up and had a rental. We now have 90+ units. No written plan, just a "Buy cheap properties" unwritten plan. I just liked buying property so I kept doing it.
