Old Podcast

I listened to a podcast awhile back (maybe 6 to 8 months ago) and the guy being interviewed was talking about a "consultative" approach when going out and talking with sellers. Either they buy it (investment side) or they list it as agents (brokerage)... then let them pick. He talked it about being a new model whereas you combine both the investment side and brokerage side to really benefit people. I wanted to go back and re-listen to the podcast but for the life of me can't remember who was being interviewed. Not 100% sure but I think they were out of Atlanta, Georgia. Any help or suggestions would be great! (There was also another interview from someone else who was doing something similar but wasn't going into as much detail... I would like to go back and listen to this one as well).
