Rental Property Calculators

so i'm trying out the rental calculator on the site and i'm having a little bit an issue. every time i use the calculater the rental income would come out far greater than the rental expense. for instance the monthly rental incme would be $1200 month for a duplex and the expense would be $3280.60 for the month; this number doesn't change even though i mess with the numbers. i'm i doing something wrong?

share your link from the calculator here, so that the rest of us can see it. It is tough to help you when we can't see what kind of numbers you're putting in.
