Investors for wholesale deals

Hello!! Community my question is where would I find a investors for a wholesale deal once I have the property under contract? I have a retailer on my team in the South Dakota area that Has connections but I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket. I have yet to find any real estate groups in my area so, where would you suggest I look? Thanks

@Reginald Willett Right here, on BP! What type of property is it? Reach out to colleagues in the area where you have the property. One contact usually leads to another. If it's a good deal, buyers will come!
