After meeting with Josh in person today, we discussed a few ideas I had about the site. One of which was to have some added benefits and organization with your colleagues.

I suggested that we have the ability to create and name sub-folders to place specific colleagues into and then have the ability to create one personal message (PM) and send to all colleagues in that folder. This would allow us BP Prop Account members to stay connected and persoanlly active with our colleagues and keep them actively involved in the site which benefits us all.

Josh liked the idea and I thought it would be nice to hear what you all thought. Post your pros and cons in this thread and feel free to vote if you like the idea. :D

Happy investing and keep Biggerpockets growing strong!

I think it's a great idea. I have a lot of collegues and when I look back at the list, I find it hard to recall what inticed me to send them a collegue request to begin with. If I could categorize according to discipline, that would be great! ie: hard money, transactional funding, rehab, buy and hold, etc.
