@Mindy Jensen - In order to get more people to apply it was wise of you to leave out the part where you'd have to to work with @Brandon Turner and @Joshua D.

Everyone be on the lookout for a financial analyst / bookkeeper position in the coming weeks as well! Problem is that you'll have to be working on the same team as Mindy and I...

My dream job - I go fishing all day while somebody else gets up and goes to work, then gives me 30% of their income. When you have that opening available please keep me in mind. Thanks!

I've been lurking around BP for the past several months working on educating myself to the ways of buy/hold. Been in IT for the past 25 years. I'm not a developer but more of an infrastructure engineering. But I'd imagine you guys outsource most of that work - and I'm just up the road in Westminster. :D

Oh - I wish. As much as I would love to be a programmer, my brain just doesn't work that way. I can hack at programming things (ie: read code) but you want me to write it? It'd be way faster to hire someone else. Now if you need me to turn a wrench, set up structure in an environment and do admin work - that's me. :D

If you are looking for remote workers let me know. I think it would be beneficial to have seminars to educate other people about BIGGER POCKETS. I love speaking in front of people and LOVE LOVE working from home.

1 on the remote thing. I haven't worked in an office in years, and have opportunities in the field weekly. Top talent likely won't relocate, so you'll need a fresh graduate and hope they work out. I'm not interested per se, I just see where the industry is going

I vote remote ... so in future, if BiggerPockets is looking for someone to build power point presentation slides, manage email correspondence, content editor etc. I am available for hire.
