I mentioned in a post on an old thread that I would post this. I really think we need an instant chat on a subject once in awhile. I'd volunteer to be on the chat once a week at 9 eastern time to chat about a particular subject. I know others would also. If interested in this concerpt, reply or vote here. Any real estate subject. I'd suggest, tax savings, buying foreclosures or thinking outside the box as subjects I'd tackle. I could do others also.
This subject gets brought up once in awhile. Here it is again. It can be ANY topic. Is there interest or not? Make your thoughts known. Rich

Think of it like a Biggerpockets radio hour.

A live feed for biggerpocets audiences, maybe even tied into the pro account as it has a kind of networking aspect to it.

Make replying available pro members or certain influential members who have proven themselves (kind of like a round table board) to keep things civil. But the feed is available for all to read (just not reply).

Giraldi (hope I spelled that right by memory) may have some ideas of how to structre something like this. Maybe even link to it for one of his shows.
