pull my credit report?
We are interested inbuying a mobike home to be rehabbed. Mobile home park wants to pull credit report on us as individuals when we have a company. Is this normal practice? The last park only pulled criminal record. I am concerned about multiple credit pulls if we rehab properties for a living. The potential is there for multiple credit hits. Btw, the property is $1.00
