Is pro membership worth it?
Just looking for opinions from other members. I am considering the pro membership primarily for the deal calculator, so I am particularly interested in how well this calculator performs. Thoughts?

The deal calculator is a good reason to join. I joined for the replay of the webinar's that Brandon Turner hosts because I can never make the live one. The ability to post on the marketplace when you are looking for services is a good. Those are my top three reasons for joining.
