Trying to figure it out

Hey everybody. Thanks for all the welcoming comments. Trying to find a little info. I just recently bought my third house. I owe less than 20,000 dollars on my other two houses. What I am really trying to figure out is whether I should pay them off or whether I should use them to buy more? I really would like to grow my real estate business. Would love to hear what you have to say and hopefully get pointed in some direction on places to look. Thanks again and God bless!
