Need help figuring out the finance of a triplex
I'm looking at a Triplex with great positive cash-flow but where I'm having trouble is financing it, I raised the 20% for the down-payment now I'm looking for the bank to finance the other 80% any suggestions on which banks will finance the 80% with minimum requirement on verifying income because my income is not much 24K annual year and the year before only 12K and I already tried getting the deal owner finance seller wont accept. Any suggestions thanks.
