In need of urgent guidance.

Hey all, I'm 18 living in the U.K and I've just recently finished my A-Levels. While looking at a huge array or varying career options the idea of spending my life based around active income became increasingly unappealing. Luckily, I came across Alex Szepietowski's TedTalk on passive income. After watching it three or four times I couldn't get the possibility of creating a passive income cash flow stream out of my head. After rigorous searching on YouTube and Google I discovered the BiggerPockets podcast on YouTube which again instantly inspired me. I am completely set on committing to Real Estate with the long term goal of financial freedom. Extreme wealth isn't my goal I just want to be able to live and travel with the support of adequate passive income. I am fully aware it's not a get rich quick scheme or over night millions but I feel like I need to take this path otherwise I'm going to hate myself for not trying. In desperate need of some mentoring, need some advice about whether an apprenticeship in real estate would be helpful or an alternative online course/guide. I have no limiting beliefs or personal restrictions whatsoever (being 18) and so I want to capitalise on this time as much as I can. I would really appreciate some advice as to take as my first step from someone who has taken this path already. Thanks for taking the time to read this mini essay. Joe
