How do I contact through signature?

Question

I had someone respond to a post "Purchase Process" back on 8th June, who asked if I could contact him via his signature, having trouble - can anyone help?

Thanks for getting back so quick, 
yes it was in the "International Investors Group" Forum.
Screen said I was signed in,
I managed to link myself as a follower and went onto a website listed and left message but nothing back - hate to admit it but I am totally techno challenged and very new to forums like this.  (it was my 1st post ever)

If they did not have contact information in their signature (it's not required to be there, but to be visible in the forums, that is the only permitted place for it), then you can check whether their profile has that contact info.  Click the user's picture avatar to go to the profile.  If not in their profile or visible only to colleagues, then you can "follow" that user to become colleagues (if that user accepts your colleague request).

Their post should have contact information in it at the bottom.  Just like your post has your email address at the bottom that is part of your forum signature.

Sorry, Bev, I'm not seeing the post.  Was it in a group forum?

When someone says that they generally have an e-mail address or phone number in their signature.  If you're not seeing signatures, be sure you're actually logged in.  Signatures are only visible to members who are logged in.
