Is using a Property Management company worth it?

I'm new to RE Investing and I'm wanting to be an unseen owner. Meaning, I'll be working with a real estate team to find Anna purchase properties, but turn over the day-to-day to a property management company. Is this worth it, and is it even practical? Thanks in advance for your feedback!

Yes, especially if you don't want to be seen or have a large number of units.  Once your scale reaches a certain point you may be able to hire a property manager (individual) instead of a property manager (company) which might be able to save you in terms of percentage of rent paid to a property manager.
