Hi @Jeffrey Coleman, I don't invest there, but I just have some general advice. Almost every city has some sort of revitalization plan. The cities that are actually working to accomplish the goals set in the plan are in the minority. Be careful with being the first one to invest in a area, it may be a decade before anything around you changes.
