Anyone else want more from the BP app?

Howdy from Waco, Texas!

Does anyone else think the BP app leaves a little something to be desired? I like getting instant notifications from BP on my iphone since I am trying to buy single family homes, duplexes, and other small multifamily properties here for buy and hold or fix and flips. However, I get frustrated often when I go to reply to a post and the app says "something went wrong" and then I have to exit out of the app only to come back to the post and have to retype my reply. A lot of times I also click on the app and immediately after it opens my screen goes black and I have to hit the home button on my Iphone 7 and try again until I usually just give up. None of my other apps do this. I would also like to be able to browse the BP blog on the app but have not figured out how to do it if it is even possible. I have some other issues with it but in general it just seems like the app could be way better. And yes I have a good phone and all updates both to my phone and the app have been applied.

Thanks BP!

@Robert Pfenninger it’s embarrassingly bad. I was at their office in feb and talked with some of the tech guys. I know that they are a aware of the shortcomings and have a plan to fix a lot of it. Remains to be seen though. Think it extends beyond the app - most of the website could use a significant boost.
