New to wholesaling and have some questions on foreclosure
Hello,
Starting out in the real estate investing world by getting into wholesaling. So if Im out doing the work for a rehabber and I go to foreclosure auctions or the bank these are Some questions I have
(1) What is a redemption rights when it comes to foreclosure property?
(2) Is it legal for me to knock on someones door and offer a solution to them instead of having there house go in to foreclosure or auction?
