I noticed the word Print: a few spots on the bird dog agreement. What should be put on those lines ?

I'm not familiar with the form. Since the subject of the paragrah is giving notice and the mailing, it would be the name and address to whom and where such notice is to be given.

I do not see a date as being applicable in any way to the issue, at least on any contract, in the manner shown. Ignore it, IMO.

And, if there are elements of inetrnet contracts that should be ignored, such as misplaced blanks, I would suggest you not use them until you have received competent advice from your attorney.

While I have not reviewed the contract you are describing, keep in mind that there are many out there who might construct an agreement with tid bits of what may sound like an impressive agreement but may not be useful at all in a particular area or worse, leading to violations of law. "Jailhouse Lawyers" .

If you can not afford an attorney, one will not be appointed to represent you. At least get with a real estate broker or someone locally who has a great deal of contract experience to look at what you are trying to do. All birdogging startegies are not legal in all states.
