Ideas on how to better communicate the value of Bigger Pockets Membership

While discussing the goal of reaching 100,000 members in another thread, an issue came up. Many come to visit the Bigger Pockets site, look around and find the useful information here, but don't sign up.

I remember coming to Bigger Pockets and looking for quite sometime before actually getting involved. So like Josh said in the other thrad:

IMO it is not so much that people decide to lurk. There is a benefit to lurking in this huge treasure trove. The challenge is in helping people understand the real benefit of Bigger Pockets which is the opportunity to interact with other investors and RE professionals.

How do we better communicate the value of interacting here on Bigger Pockets?
