If you’re looking to have your mind completely blown and walk away feeling like you can and WILL do anything, this show is for you! Today’s guest is inspirational figure, fitness model, and Vine sensation Nick Santonastasso. Nick shares his personal story and holds nothing back, describing how he’s overcome the difficulties of being born with Hanhart syndrome and the incredible mindset he’s developed along the way that led to him meeting Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, becoming an online viral sensation (and scaring a character from The Walking Dead as a zombie), climbing a mountain despite the absence of three limbs, and more!

Nick shares tons of actionable steps for overpowering fear, overcoming and adapting to any environment, harnessing the power of gratitude, and more than we can list here! If you’ve ever been stuck in a personal rut and want to find a way to establish a mindset that ALL real estate investors should be adopting, listen to this episode and share it with someone you love!

I love how in this he spoke of the idea of people having trials in life and how they essentially turn trials into super powers or at least that's how I interpret it. With the mindset that Nick Santonastasso articulates from his personal story it shows the unlimited power we all have. Nicks story reminds me a lot of David Goggin's a former seal who turned a rough child hood into a career of much distinguish. Stories like nicks make me so excited for life and really allow me to embrace the suck in a sense and grow and turn my downfalls or shortcomings into my superpowers if yopu will.

Nick was incredibly inspiring.  The story he told of his experience on the airplane will stick with me forever.  Very moving.

Amazing and inspiring podcast.  Nick is well spoken beyond his years.  He has a bright future and we can all learn from him and the way he approaches life.

Definitely a Sicilian fighter, they never stay down, they're tough as nails. Mr. Santonastasso is an inspiration of which we all can relate to some extent. God bless that man.

The podcast was a breath of fresh air from the, " I was living in a van last week and now I own 500 units, all in a year."

Man this was one of the best podcasts yet I think. This actually made me reflect on a lot that I’m going through in my life right now. This made me ask, “What’s my excuse?” Thanks BiggerPockets for this!

This got me right into gear & was an excellent motivator. No excuses. Find A Way.

"It's not I can't, it is how can I?" really stuck with me

Great job as usual & keep it ^

I shared this podcast with a couple of my closest friends. The mindset of embracing the « how » and rejecting the idea of not being able to achieve something, is a rule that we can apply to anything. It was so inspiring! definitely one of the best podcasts i have listened to.

Nick's approach of aggressive goals and finding the CANs instead of dwelling on the CAN'Ts is incredible.  Podcast episodes like this that shift perspectives and have so much positivity are absolute gold for the soul.  Seriously life-changing stuff.

Thank you guys so much for having Nick on to share his story!

Definitely one of my favorite episodes thus far. Wow! Absolutely awe-inspiring.  Nick really digs deep and demonstrates the "CAN" perspective on life.  Gold nuggets throughout the entire episode.

Although this episode is not directly about real-estate investing, it will help you establish a successful mindset that can be applied to every aspect of your life.

Thank you @Brandon Turner and the entire BP team for thinking outside the box and bringing Nick to the podcast! Nick is a true hero!

This was such a powerful podcast I had to listen to it twice just to let some of the action verbiage sink in.

So thankful for people here sharing their wisdom.
I've seen first hand what positive mindset can do--
    For action and conquering fear.

Changing my friend circle or at least diluting the "you can't do that" folks with positive "you can do anything" folks has also made a huge difference. It's sort of nuts how much the mind alters how you go about taking action.

Thank you Nick and all for sharing his story with us!

The human mind is amazing and Nick's story clearly demonstrates this. What a fantastic example of having the mental strength to remove externally imposed limitations - Nick sets the bar high and goes for it.

Great podcast and definitely increased the flame under my backside!
