General Lack of "Stickies"

So I have noticed that, unlike many other forums, there is a serious lack of Stickies on Bigger Pockets. I seems that people ask the same questions over and over & people give the same answers over & over. For instance the 50% & 2% rule. I think it gets explained about 2x a day. I think it would increase efficiency & reduce cyber clutter to make certain information easier to find... IE. beginners start here

If I missed it then I apologize.

Most of the questions being asked over and over again has nothing to do with lack of stickied threads, it is a lack of people reading to find the answers. Most of the questions asked are not difficult to find, but new members sign up and post a question before they look for the answer. The good thing is it does get new members involved, more so than if they just read the sticky, plus it often leads to more in depth discussion.
