Inviting others to the BP Community

I use to be able to go to "networking" tab and "invite collegaues" where I would be given a link that I could email out and if the person signed up through that link, they were automatically added as my colleague. This page is no longer available. What happended? While i do use the facebook invite friends method you have added, I also like to invite those i meet at RE clubs via email (who are not in any of my systems (Facebook, email, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Can I get this option back?
