Tips on starting a Bigger Pockets meet up

Hi everyone, one of goals this quarter is to start a Bigger Pockets meet up in my area. Any tips on how to make this happen would be awesome. Happy new year.

@Josh Page If you build it, they will come.  Become a premium member so you can set up an event on the BP page. Most are usually after work hours on a particular day of the week (like the first Monday of each month, etc).  You can use all kinds of space - libraries, bars, restaurants...
